IECQ制度規格結構

一.

規格層次

IECQ制度規格結構一般分為下列的層次來說明：

基本規格 (Basic Specifications)。
一般規格 (Generic Specifications)。
個別規格 (Sectional Specifications)。
空白詳細規格 (Blank Detail Specifications)。
詳細規格 (Detail Specifications)。

1. 基本規格

基本規格主要係包括不同族系 (family) 零件所共同需要的特定項目資料，除了部份特殊項目外，基本規格是用以規範下列項目 :

基本環境測試, 如 IEC publication 60068。
抽樣計劃, 如 IEC publication 60410。
SI 單位, 如 ISO 1000。
優先適用值系列, 如 IEC publication 60063 及 ISO 3。
定義、標識、日期等要求。

2. 一般規格與個別規格
一般規格係說明一個族系的共同事項需包括或直接參考到其術語、定義、符號、測試方法以及該族系或次族系相關的檢驗資訊。
個別規格就較低層次之次族系之個別規格進行說明。
一般規格與個別規格內容包括下列項目 :

A.	一般特性與規範 - 包括範圍、相關文件術語、文字符號與縮寫、圖面符號、零件與包裝之標識。
B.	品質評估方面 - 起始製造程序、結構性相似零件、產品認可要求、能力認可要求、品質檢驗、測試方法、延遲交貨、出貨批認可記錄。
C.	測試與量測方面 - 外觀檢查、尺寸檢查、環境檢查、各種特性量測方法、壽命測試。

3. 空白詳細規格
空白詳細規格主要針對廠商在未來申請 IECQ產品認證所需提出之詳細規格給予一份參考表格，其內容包括在一般規格與個別規格中所指定及應顯示之零件圖面、試驗條件、項目、方法、抽樣計劃、允收基準等表格架構, 提供廠商瞭解與使用。
4. 詳細規格
詳細規格是依據有關的一般規格及個別規格，就一種電子零件或同一系列的電子零件按空白詳細規格之格式來撰寫。詳細規格包括下列項目 : 尺寸的特性、相關文件、電氣特性及額定值、訂單內容、附加條件、標誌及檢驗方面技術要求。

零件的分類

1.	Component family :	依據電子零件功能不同，歸類成各種不同的 "族系" (Component families) , IECQ制度現有族系, 請參考"IECQ認證制度適用範圍"。
2.	Component sub-family :	每一族系再以其功能與技術來區分，可能又可細分為各種不同的 "次族系" (Component sub-families)，如固定電阻器又分為固定低功率非繞線電阻, 固定精密電阻等。
3.	Group :	每一次族系可能因為不同的試驗計劃，測試條件與要求基準，再細分為各種不同的 "類" (Groups)，如固定低功率非繞線電阻依評估水準不同可分為 E、M 及F。

規格系統

1.2-level system :	二階規格系統之規格結構只有基本規格與詳細規格 (參見表中 Co1.6)，所有有關的資料均在詳細規格中說明，二階規格系統的使用經常會發生在型態類別 (Types) 非常少的電子零件族系中。
2.3-level system :	三階規格系統之規格結構為基本規格、一般規格與詳細規格(參見表中 Co1.4及5)，但依照試驗計劃的位階有如下不同的變化 : 在詳細規格中出現 , 同一族系零件之各種試驗計劃均在同一份種類規格中，各次族系零件之試驗計劃分別在各次族系之種類規格中。
3.4-level system :	四階規格系統之規格結構為基本規格、一般規格，個別規格、詳細規格、 (參見表中Co1.3)，四階規格系統為三階規格系統的延伸，增加一份專門針對次族系零件的個別規格。

四.

擴展標準的基礎

在最近幾年，IECQ系統已經擴展其評核活動範圍，對使用任何一個已被公認具有標準制定功能的組織所製作出來的文件都表示歡迎。唯一的限制條件是必須取得管理委員會 (MC) 正式的承認。

下面摘要列出制定規格或標準的單位，包括了現在有的或即將成立的，以及已被納入IECQ系統內的或正在考慮納入的。

國際的 : IEC、ISO、ITU。
地區的 : CENELEC。
國家的 : ANSI、BSI、JSA、MIL、UTE、VDE。
工業上的 : DIN、ETA、IEEE、JEDEC、JEIA、SAE、IPC。
